Detalles de la observación
All the way at the end, hanging with a group of SESA. Bright stunning breeding plumage. Photos. During the summer, the main parking lot at the far south end of the beach is open to anyone but has a fee (sneak in early). At the northern end of this parking lot, there is a second gatehouse. A permit is required to drive past this gatehouse. From the parking near the second gatehouse to the end of the beach where the CUSA was is a two-mile walk. Right now, low tide is in the middle of the day. The flats are uncovered and all shorebirds are spread out. High Tide is the best chance to see this bird, either this evening or tomorrow morning.
