Very windy so getting a good look across the lake was not easy. Appeared noticeably smaller that the DCCOs with a longer tail relative to its body. Attached photo is the best I could get showing the relative sizes. 4th bird from left. Second and third photos showing it being chased away. In the 4th photo, note the overall size difference of the middle bird (NECO) and it's longer tail relative to the tail of the bird (DCCO) on the right.
