Possible hybrid between Greater and Lesser Scaup. One male away from the large raft with some more GRSC-like traits, including a rich green head and less peaked crown that appeared rounded at some angles. Otherwise, the bill shape/size and wing pattern appear to be within variation of LESC. There has, however, been some discussion whether this bird may be a hybrid as the primaries appear rather pale despite demarcation.
