Detalles de la observación

Appears to be the same one I saw on Oct 30 at Virginia Lake. Description I gave for that eBird report applies, and some details of plumage and pattern of yellow and black on the bill indicate it's the same bird. He was at the west end of the big pond and then came out on land near me—I had the impression he was expecting me to feed him.
