Detalles de la observación
Continuing birds, first noted this year a few days ago by John Kiseda (https://ebird.org/checklist/S111345141), at a known location. I first heard one bird calling, but could not find it, as I slowly drove along the east side of the lake, then observed at least three more individuals from the footpath along the west side of the lake (approximately here first, but also farther north along the shoreline). All the birds I saw were yellow bellied Tyrannus with relatively long, brownish tails that were distinctly notched, greenish backs, pale gray heads with fairly long, stout bills. I heard several give long, trilling calls, quite different from other yellow bellied kingbirds. Recordings to be added.
