independently observed by 3 different parties on the Freeport CBC, the third party (Ted Eubanks, Jim Morgan) first saw it near Surfside and followed it (via car) for 45 minutes all the way to San Luis Pass where they stopped their pursuit though the bird kept travelling up-coast.
