Detalles de la observación
Sighted around 13:00 on a fruiting pipal tree. There was a lot of activity on this tree and I was looking for some warblers. This individual was a bit larger that the usual leaf warblers. I first sighted it briefly 2 weeks back on the same tree, and yesterday as well, although couldn't get a shot. Today I was prepared, and the individual showed up after waiting for 1.5 hrs. Upon close observation it can be easily differentiated from similar sized birds (Taiga fc, leaf warblers, etc.) by its distinctive bill. The profile is slim and eyes were dark. It was hovering over pipal berries although it didn't feed on those apparently. I have lots of shots and will add those upon post-processing. Update: There are actually 2 individuals: 1 female and 1 non-breeding male. I observed a little red wash around bill in one of the pics.
