Continuing rare shorebird. Originally found by Bruce Hoover yesterday. Long winged sandpiper . Overall dull brown uppers with varied black scalloping on primaries. Light streaking of breast and flanks . Pale white eyeline and streaked cap of head. As reported left leg appears to be injured but nevertheless healthy, as he foraged and flew along bank of pier. Latest BOS regional to date. Lifer Bird Nice find Bruce. Pics to be added.
