Detalles de la observación
Numerous individuals at rest or in flight near the coast. Tend to come closer to the coast than other shearwaters. Difficult to estimate the number of individuals because many of them are very far from the coast and fly in all directions. Probably several dozen. Gray-beige back, pale belly and white stripe on the rump. Gray head. Large yellow beak sometimes visible on individuals closest to the coast. Occasionally harassed by Pomarine Jaegers. Strong storm winds from the south.
