(Brian photos, not great but show white “hip” spot on flanks). Continuing bird first reported by Jeff Bolsinger Large cormorant, nearly twice the size of nearby Common Mergansers. Good scope views revealed yellow chin patch and white throat while bird was fishing just off stone jetty. Photos to be added.
