Comentarios
The persistent song of a male Black Bushbird in response to playback at the edge of the swamp along the E. O. Wilson Trail. The female came in too, but didn't sing. Here are two successive cuts of the male, the quality improving over the course of the recordings. Background of the first cut includes: Peruvian Warbling-Antbird, an oropendola, & White-bearded Manakin displaying. Background of the second cut includes: Dwarf Tyrant-Manakin, Golden-collared Toucanet, & Plumbeous Pigeon. Lots of insects in both cuts. Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 covered with an 8" shock mount & Auray fuzzy windshield.
