Falcon perched in the "Royal Oak" tree.

Immature with metal leg bands (couldn't make out what the bands said). Alarm call by another bird alerted me to the falcon, which had perched on the Royal Oak. Remained perched for some 20 minutes on the tree, periodically swooping (hunting?) and flying to different branches. Later flew off to a conifer near the creek.
