First observation at 1028. First individual seen thermaling N of the raised hill, ca 2-3x Scratchgravel height. Second individual seen at 1041, gliding N over WIFL flats at ca 3x Scratchgravel height, then veered northwest over the Scratchgravels. No flapping.
