Detalles de la observación

A juvenile observed foraging along the Plantation Islands in Lake Marion. Raptor with heavy brown streaking, long hooked bill and strong supercilium. The white rump was observed in flight. Originally found by Carl Bussells and Judson Riser while working on the lake. Poor photos attached. Area is extremely shallow and only accessible by boat.
