Very distant singing bird with lots of closer songs from house finches and other species. It can be heard at 3, 9, 16, 26, 43-48, 50 and 55 seconds into the recording. Edited with Audacity with high pass filter set at 2000Hz. Two recordings of the same bird separated by 1s silence.
Detalles de la observación
Likely the continuing bird found several days ago - heard only (very poor recording included). A song of blurry notes inflecting upwards and then downwards. Different from potentially confusing purple finch song in that it is more "burry" and lacks the higher pitch, house finch sounding notes that in that species are interspersed with the slightly burry tones.
