The chat moved silently from under the dense shrubs to the south of the path to the river from the parking lot to behind the large utility building to the east of parking area. Its green back is excellent camouflage in this habitat, but when it turns toward you, the yellow really stands out. I stood still and quiet as it passed by me, shooting (silent shutter) through the undergrowth to get these record shots. I was able to slowly move in parallel to its track to get photos. At one point it pulled red berries off the vines beside the maintenance walkway that runs south from the parking lot.
