Original documentation: "Check pics. Looked weird." [Recorded as a COGR]. Update 12/28/2025: Just looking at these pictures, seems obviously not a COGR (bill too straight, no sheen to feathers, wrong body shape) but I'm having a hard time pinning this down. My guess is some ratty looking RWBL where the wing coloring is obscured or missing due to molt.
