Right wing injury/deformity is most obvious in this photo.

Still here, still evidently unable to fly. The bird spent a couple of minutes flapping its wings. My best guess is that it was trying to test the right wing for flightworthiness. The right wing would flap, but there were irregularities evident in the unfolded wing. A very mild winter so far has allowed the bird to survive. When things ice up, the picture may become bleak for this bird. Not clear if the injury/deformity is recoverable.
