Found and reported by Vicki Coates. Appreciated the opportunity to view briefly before the holiday. Thanks to Vickie the bird healed from the state it was initially in when she first noticed it. Identification visit by experienced birders occurred late on Tuesday. Bird left the area by late Wednesday when powerful NW winds occurred. See photos.
