The Mega dropped for Jordan River. Intially, I heard a harsh downslur call that immediately caught my attention. The bird flew directly over me, allowing for enough time to clearly see some features. I could see it was a Wagtail, so I stayed on the bird until it landed on the rocks at the tip of the point. I ran through the camp site to the tip and quickly relocated it. After 10 minutes of the bird hopping around the rock's the bird took off and flew north about half a KM. Luckily, it turned around and came back to the logging area. After a short while of not seeing it, it flew near the bridge and spent a good hour feeding on the Logs. Female with yellow face and undersides. Dark check isolated in a yellow face. Conspicuous white wing bars and white outer tail feathers. Wagging tail constantly. Bloody good bird, this is why we do it!!
