Beobachtungsdetails
First cycle. Viewed from quite a distance. All dark bill. Similar size to nearby Herrings. No pale panel in the inner primaries. Breast was pale with dark streaking. Reminded of this bird - and very well could be the same one. Both times it structurally didn't feel right for a LBBG. https://ebird.org/checklist/S285782403
