UPDATE: came back to work at 9:43 and the Snow Goose was dead, already being ripped apart by TUVUs. Must have been very sickly. Sitting in the grass lawn in front of Big Cypress National Preserve Headquarters. Just down the road from the Nathaniel Reed Visitor Center. Did not have time to stop and inspect further. Took a picture with my cell phone.
