Looks to me like a RMPA x WEPA or a MIPA x WEPA hybrid. Enough red in the crown to be a juv RMPA or MIPA but with the red/yellow underwing primary coverts of a WEPA. I would be cautious reporting RMPA here unless you get good looks/photos of all field marks. Photographed:
