Beobachtungsdetails

Seen at the end of the island foraging in the surf. Uniform light gray back with thick bill and black eye patch. The bird rarely raised it wings, but the three to four times it did, it showed mainly white underwings. Stayed in the same 20 foot area for the duration of my visit.
