Seems most likely. Foraging in brushy area near wetland. Noticeably small, grayish empid with dusky breast, two white wing bars, short primary projection, round head, and complete, bold eye-ring. Bird did not vocalize but did seem to respond to playback of least flycatcher chips by moving from 40 ft away to within 6 ft. Photos.
