**Continuing Rarity - following up on Charlie Karrs early am ebird report and with some direct info from him. Used vantage point from River Grill to scan river south in last area he had seen the Brown Pelican. I spotted massive dark bird lazily flying in distance at end of canal between North Pier of Unity Island. Landing and settling in with nearby smaller DCCO. Very distant and poor ID photos obtained for confirmation, but needed to get closer views for my own sanity. Thanks Charlie - County Bird.
