Both perched one level below the usual perch. Tiercel was holding a Pigeon kill, which he was defeathering and Falcon was perched couple of meters away but wasn't showing any interest on the kill. Tiercel started feeding on the kill, for next 15-20 mins. 60-70% of the kill was eaten, he took a long pause and we expected the Falcon to move in, but she showed no signs of taking a share and was glancing in the opposite direction. Male dropped the remaining prey down, primaries & most wing panel of kill still intact. Tiercel moved under the shade and both of them were looking at the Booted Eagle soaring next to them. They have settled nicely for the mid-day roost.
