Cover Density: Sparse, medium, thick.) I. variegatus #108 and #109 interacting to establish dominance. #108 was dominant and established himself in this singing area which he held until 1988/89. The tall Croton (these are tall emergent Crotons - see publication on honeyguides for spp) in the middle of the site was and is (March 1992) of great importance to the resident male in this site. All field annotations are included (up to 8+ males can compete for a singing area.) Take this cut with cuts 56006, 7, 8 same day and place. Habitat: Evergreen Forest, Deciduous Forest, Thicket/Brush.
