Mass upload of Old Rarities from Facebook. Original Caption: Eastern Orphean Warbler (2nd record), 16/ 11/ 2011 — with Som Oak Virasak and Munir Ahmed Khan at Hail Haor. Paul Thompson: Tania great find. This needs a detailed description before you forget anything, especially size comparisons with any nearby species, tail features, anything else you remember. It is a second record for Bdesh, whichever of the 2 species it it. The indication of a paling iris is suggestive of the other Sylvia on the national list, but you may well be right. PS where was it? Tania Khan: Thanks a lot my Friends ! @ Paul, the first thing I felt while shooting it was a tiny yellow-eyed babbler and , though the eyes are not yellow, size is larger than the tickle's leaf warbler but the movement was same to Ticklle's leaf W, and the shape of the bird is like a sparrow ! I'm posting some other photos, if it helps ! Thanks again !!! Paul Thompson: As noted in anotehr thread, we think it may well be eastern Orphean (2nd record). Need to review other photos too.
