🍅 I think the bird may have been previously reported here as a CAVI? I found it almost immediately as it is still singing. I observed the bird at length and it did not seem to have a lot of yellow on the sides or greenish edging in the wings. The bird was slate gray above and white below. At first I was tricked because sometimes the reflection of the green grass on the plumage caused the white to look yellowish but I think that was an artifact of the lighting. I got some photos showing this artifact. It possibly had a slight tinge of yellow in the sides but not enough to call it a CAVI, in my opinion. It had bright wing bars and a bright white spectacle and a relatively thick, long bill. I listened to it singing at length and recorded it, which I will attach here. The quality of the song seems to be a match for PLVI over CAVI. As a side note, the bird spent a lot of time at mid canopy level in the available junipers in the cemetery. It did venture into the tops of the deciduous trees once or twice, but during the time I observed it, it mostly stayed in the junipers. As always, happy for correction or more discussion.
