Beobachtungsdetails
One flew out from the marsh area, as I kayaked through, that is right there by Haul Road path were the small footbridge overlook is (on south side). If flew south towards Hog Island Gut marsh area. I then had at least 2 that would flush out of the reeds back in that Hog Island Gut marsh area that flew fairly short distances — and I didn't know whether one of them was the one that I flushed out from Haul Road but I counted one of them as if it were that one. In a totally different area, a bit further southeast, while looking for a Marsh Wren, another one flew out from the reeds about 20 yards south of my position and flew at least 30 yards north past me. Additionally, in the same area, at the same time, there was one "cooing"/"clucking" about 10 yards in front of me in the reeds. Later on, this hidden one moved west and came into my area as I was watching another Marsh Wren nest right at the mouth of this side waterway to the main Hog Island Gut. I had patiently followed the movements of the "cooing" for over an hour, in that area, and it finally made its way to the waterline and made itself visible (pictures of the one standing on the reeds). Definitely a fourth individual as I had seen the 3 others and this one was the only one that made any sounds while I was out there so it was easy to follow its movements. Pictures TBA
