These chicks are about 7 days old, as one week ago only one of three eggs had hatched. The third egg had already been discarded.
Beobachtungsdetails
Three nests were easily seen and occupied. One nest is clearly visible from above (on the bike/pedestrain lane of the bridge), and is built on the cement breakwater that defines the middle channel on the bridge. The breeding code shown here is for that site only.
