Recorded with Murray D. Bruce. NOTES: Many seen and heard during a day afield at this site, in pairs, sitting out an the tops of trees band bushes or flying across a field at the edge of the forest. Flight buoyant and slow, alternating short periods of slow flapping with brief glides on upswpet wings. The call recorded seemed slightly highter than an otherwise similar call given while perched. cf Notornis 20=202 for site. Recorder: Panasonic IC2120. Habitat: Rainforest.
