Used a smartphone so the call is muffled by road noise, but the hoot pattern can still be made out.

Beobachtungsdetails

Heard from the Unity Hills-to-Sea trail while on a night hike. Repeated a hooting pattern of 4 quick, 2 long hoots every 2-3 minutes from ~9:30-10:00pm and was likely much farther down the trail into Unity. Attempted to record a few times with my phone but it was far away and the background road noise may have drowned out its calls.
