Sighted this day on powerline, remaining so for a couple mobile phone camera photos through a spotting scope. Black eye mark was the first attention getter, then the diagnostics of the buff supercillum, copper-slate cap, beige-orange-pink body plumage, and when it took flight, the white-patch rump.
