This bird popped up to the top of this oak and stayed there for just a bit. With the sparse feathering on the face, he looks like maybe he's got a bit of eye disease going on? The open-billed picture is of him yawning, not vocalizing. Seen less than 1/4 mile up the road after the dog park, on the left. There is a blue pipe and a taller white pipe close to where the bird was.
