Habitat view of Mourning Doves in our backyard right before I put new food on the tray (a minute or so before sunset). My camera was pointed towards the west through the plastic on our back door.

19 doves flushed from the backyard when I put out new food at 4:20. 20 doves were in the backyard at 4:21. 39 doves in the backyard and two on alley wires at 4:24. 34 doves and five on alley wires at 4:26. 25 doves in the backyard, nine in the hackberry tree, and four on alley wires at 4:28. 16 doves in the backyard, 19 in the hackberry tree, and three on alley wires at 4:33. 19 doves in the backyard, 24 in the hackberry tree, and two on alley wires at 4:36. 23 doves in the backyard, 26 in the hackberry tree, and four on alley wires at 4:39. Doves started flying off at 4:40, mostly to the north but also a couple to the east, leaving 13 doves in the backyard and six in the hackberry tree at 4:41; nine doves in the backyard at 4:42; six doves in the backyard at 4:43; and one dove on the tray at 4:43. The last dove flew north at 4:45.
