Very similar to house finch. Brown and white, bolder stripes on white front and underside. Head/neck pattern has white behind eye, then brown at eye level and slightly below, then more white blending into brown at the chin area. Bill is just a bit longer than house finch. Compared photo with multiple confirmed pics. Eating sunflower seeds at feeder along with house finches.
