The tail color looks much more like a White Tipped Dove (good photo of underside one in Merlin- and Mourning also which doesn't show the black and white in its tail), but I can see spots on the bird's back and the tail is pretty long and Mourning Doves have long tails. Sent to review in case there is some other answer to my i.d. but removed White Tipped due to being able to see the spots.
