Podrobnosti k pozorování

Buteo with long, pointed wings and dark tips. Creamy white undertail coverts. Appears to be a first year dark morph based on heavily marked body and underwings. Seen coming from the north, circling above the ridge at the Grant Park hawkwatch spot, then cutting over to the west above the Ventura River valley.
