FCJ with an overall body impression more towards EHGU than AHGU, but likely an abnormally pale individual or even quite possibly an Appledore Gull. The body was light brown with striations on the chest and a white rump, tail coverts, and the majority of the tail with a limited brown band. Unfortunately, the Gull never flew and so I couldn't see its window to tell for certain.
