Unbelievable experience with this one. I don’t think I have ever been intimidated by a bird! I was in the forest when it was still dark and it appeared from behind a tree and started to walk towards me. When it got inside of ten feet I backed up to a large tree. It proceeded to stalk me as I walked around the tree a few times. It would be on the other side and peak its head around only a few feet away! Later it walked out to Crater Road.
