See accompanying notes in e-bird. This recording is the second bout of vocalizing by this bird (i.e., a couple of minutes after the initial double yelp). Bird did not vocalize until I gave several bouts of NSWO song, so I've entered it as "playback used" below.
Podrobnosti k pozorování
At stop #3, a NSWO yelped twice to the north of me ~30 sec after my final bout of tooting. About 2 minutes later, presumably the same owl yelped twice to the south of me, and also gave a quick burst of buzzy chatter.
