Observed perched 80-100ft up at top of dead Sycamore in the meadow full of dead trees just east of the bridge where Old Mill Rd crosses Wyomissing Creek. Slightly smaller than a crow, with heavy dark streaking on chest, appeared more brown than grey. Thin white band at tip of tail, with one other white band visible. Observed for 20-30 minutes eating and perching, then seen again 45 minutes later perched on another tall snag along the creek.
