Podrobnosti k pozorování

Flying far offshore with an immature gannet, but noticeably smaller. Not ever noticing size differences in gannets before, I took several digiscopes, thinking the bird was likely a booby. I specifically looked for the contrasting dark hood of brown booby, but the bird appeared to be uniform brown below, and a darker brown above. The bird eventually broke off from gannet and joined some pelicans that were heading west.
