Poznámky

Red-chested Button-quail on old pipeline track, Hexham Swamp, NSW 28-12-2017 (2). This bird was feeding on the edge of the track just after sunrise and froze once it became aware of my presence (see video footage). First time this species has been photographed in the Hunter Region of NSW. Here are links to 2 YouTube clips (both are too large to upload originals to IBC).
