An adult performing a type of foraging behavior by extending its body flat out over the water then dipping the bill halfway.....below the surface and then vibrating the bill rapidly to agitate the water.This agitation is apparently a fatal attraction that some fishes have for splashing water, and is exploited fully by the bird, as shown at the end of this clip.
