Observation details

Originally thought I was listening to a Black Throated Blue Warbler, but after further review I am not sure as it could possibly be a Cerulean Warbler. I got a quick visual but only of the top (back) of the bird. The lighting was dark. I was in a playground area looking into the shaded area of the trees. The bird briefly landed on a branch and was in a downward looking position. I could tell the bird was blue but could not see the throat or underside of the bird. The bird appeared to be a dark blue, so I assumed in was a BTBW, but because of the shading the bird could have been a lighter blue than what I perceived. White on wings was visible, but did not get good enough look to know if one or two wing bars. If you listen to the entire recording you should hear the bird five or six times.
