Observation details
Two Hooded Mergansers came fast out of the wet woods and there was clearly a falcon right on their tail and it dive back into the woods after them. Too big and gray to be a Kestrel. I immediately thought Peregrine and then I saw a second one leaving a tree perch, circle the area where the first one dived in and then came back to the tree perch. I got several pictures of it. Clearly Peregrine Falcons.
