NOTES: ROCKS AND STEEP SLOPES COVERED WITH SCRUB. MANY PENGUIN TRAILS. AMONG THE ROCKS WAS LARGE CAVE WITH 2 NESTING BIRDS NEAR ENTRANCE AND 2 WALKING ABOUT. BIRDS WERE MOSTLY QUIET; ABLE TO TAPE ONLY A FEW WARNING CROAKS AND BILL CLAPPINGS RESULTI 1 ADULT(S); Sex: UNKNOWNNG FROM OUR CLOSE APPROACH. RECORDED BIRD SAT ON NEST UNDER ROCK. Other Behaviors: Emit Alarm. Elevation: 1 m.
